Kevin McManus would like to welcome the addition of The Gardners to the Zion Music Group family. The Gardners signed with Zion after completing their freshmen project entitled The Gardners.

On Dec. 19, 2006, the United States Association of Gospel Entertainers & Musicians (USAGEM) met for their annual awards banquet in Nashville, TN. Among the awards presented was Group of the Year. The Gardners won the award. Twin brothers Mitchell & Michael Gardner were also recipients of the Diamond Award. This award is presented by the USAGEM board to the person(s) who have promoted Christian values in Music, Ministry, Performance, and also in their personal lives; above and beyond the call of duty. This award is given to the one who has shown generosity of time, effort, and talent to all genres of gospel music.

The Gardners will release their first national radio single - “Great Big God” - on the upcoming Zion Compilation 40.

“I have known the Gardners for about twenty years, but this is the first opportunity we have had to work together. These people sing with conviction, write wonderful music, and pastor a thriving church. They live for God! They walk the walk and talk the talk. They are a blessing to so many people and we are honored to have them as part of our Zion family,” said Kevin T. McManus – Zion Music Group, President.
