Jim Black, two time Dove Award winner as gospel Disc Jockey of the Year, and host of the nationally syndicated radio show “Solid Gospel Sunday’s”, has just announced the program schedule for a new weekly television show, “Southern Psalms”. As host of the music intensive show, he will introduce current video performances, including featured personal interviews, with today’s top southern gospel artists. CJM Productions is the creator of the new series that can now be seen each week on the “Family Net” cable television network.
Black states, “The southern gospel industry needs more national TV exposure and this helps give it a huge boost via this popular Christian network. We are receiving great comments from viewers currently watching the show.”
“Southern Psalms” airs each Sunday at 2PM ET and repeats again that same day at 6PM ET. The show is created in Nashville and can be seen in more than 30 million homes. See a sample of a show at: http://www.southernpsalms.com .
Black also provides the narration voice for a second CJM Productions show that follows his “Southern Psalms”. That show called “The Gospel Journey” airs each Sunday immediately after “Southern Psalms” and features concert videos of one select artist each week.
Artists or record companies wishing to submit DVD’s for consideration should forward them to: CJM Productions, Post Office Box 1355, Nashville, TN 37070. For more information about the shows call 615-859-0135.
