HUNTLAND, Tenn. – Zion Music Group recording artist The Gardners will be hosting their annual Gospel Music Fest this month. The exciting event will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at the Huntland City Park in Huntland, Tennessee. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m.

This year’s Gospel Music Fest promises to be one of the best. In addition to The Gardners, Gospel Music Fest will feature performances from national recording artists the Fox Brothers and Sunday Edition.

Michael Gardner of the The Gardners said, “We are looking forward to this year’s event so much! We know that people will love the Fox Brothers and Sunday Edition.”

All proceeds from Gospel Music Fest will benefit Huntland High School’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes. FCA focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering, and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ. In addition, the club provides an annual scholarship to a deserving Christian athlete and meets weekly for prayer, devotion, breakfast, and fellowship.

The event will also feature a special performance by FCA members.

For more information or to make a donation for this event, contact Mike Jernigan at (931) 308-8706. For directions, visit The Gardners’ website at http://www.thegardners.com or call Michael Gardner at (931) 469-7090.

Fans are encouraged to listen for The Gardners’ current radio release, “No Other Name” at Southern Gospel radio now. The Gardners are currently in the beginning stages of recording a new project with Zion Music Group.

About the Gardners
Based out of Huntland, Tennessee, the Gardners are a Southern Gospel music ministry that has spanned more than 40 years of musical excellence. Whether performing in small churches or major Gospel music events, the Gardners are a busy group, frequently performing and proclaiming their musical Gospel outside the traditional boundaries of the four walls of a church. Today the group is made up of twin brothers Michael and Mitch Gardner and Mitch’s wife, Regina. Together, they form a dynamic trio that features tight harmonies and well-written songs that are penned by the siblings.
