Popular Magazine Now Only Available in PDF Format for Subscribers

CADET, Mo. – Allen Smith, owner of SGN Scoops Magazine, is announcing the change of distribution methods for the popular magazine. The news outlet will no longer be available in print form. Rather, the magazine will now only be available in a PDF (.pdf) format on the SGN Scoops Magazine website. The entire magazine will now be featured in full color as well.

Readers and fans of Southern Gospel music can visit the SGN Scoops Magazine website to download a free copy of the latest issue. In addition, they can register for a complimentary subscription for six months, after which the subscription will cost $10.00 for a year.

Allen Smith of SGN Scoops Magazine said, “Moving to a PDF only format was just a natural step for us. We have loved printing the physical magazine, but we also note the need to progress with the times. The majority of our readers and voters in the Diamond Awards are online, so we want to make the magazine easier for them to access.”

The change in distribution for the magazine will begin immediately.

The SGN Scoops Magazine is home to the Diamond Awards, held every year in Louisville, Kentucky during the week of the National Quartet Convention. The date for this year’s awards program is Friday, September 12, 2008 in the Canterbury Room of the Executive Inn Hotel. The program will start at 1:00 p.m. and is free to the public.
