NASHVILLE, TN (January 31, 2007) – Vine Records announced today they have signed singer-songwriter Janet Paschal to an exclusive recording contract. Well-known to gospel music fans nationally and internationally as a featured solo artist on the Gaither Homecoming video series, Paschal has built a dedicated fan base through years of touring and excellence in album production.

“It’s no secret. If you know me, you know that Janet is one of my favorite singers. I have been working as her producer since 1998. To be representing her in this light is monumental for me, “ states Wayne Haun of Vine Records.

Janet will be in the studio throughout the next few months recording a project that will contain hymns of the church. It is scheduled for a release sometime this summer, and distributed by Crossroads Entertainment and Marketing Inc.
