Power Source Announces New Corporate Structure

NASHVILLE, TN., August 23, 2005 --- Gene Higgins, President of the Christian Country Music Association, announces today the formation of Power Source Media Group. Power Source Media Group is the for-profit marketing arm combining Power Source Music Magazine, Power Source Syndicated Radio Show, The Inspirational Country Music Awards as well as HMG Nashville Services, which includes artist development services. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the company will focus all of their assets on providing consumers with music that is based on Faith, Family and Country.

“For over a decade, we’ve tried to provide a larger base for music with a positive message that inspires people,” states Gene Higgins, CEO and President of Power Source Media Group. “We are pleased to announce our new branding strategy that integrates our assets under one common theme of Faith, Family and Country.”

The Inspirational Country Music Awards Show The 11th annual event will be held November 10, 2005 at the historic Ryman Auditorium. The show will be nationally televised to 40 million homes on Great American Country (G.A.C.), a part of the Scripps Network and it will be re-broadcast on other affiliate stations.
