John Keaton Nominated for 2005 ICGMM Gold Cross Award

SALESVILLE, Ohio – John Keaton, a rising talent in country and Southern Gospel music, was recently greeted with the news that he has been nominated for Horizon Male Artist in the 2005 ICGMM Gold Cross Awards.

The Gold Cross Awards are a yearly honor handed out by the International Country Gospel Music Ministries. The ICGMM was founded over 47 years ago, and it has played an integral role in the development and unification of Country Gospel music.

“I give God all of the praise, glory, and honor for this nomination,” said John Keaton. ”Without Him, this would not have been possible. This is such a huge honor.”

John will be performing at the ICGMM Gold Cross Awards ceremony on August 5, 2005 in Tyler, Texas.

In just a few short days, Keaton will be releasing his new single, “Livin’ in the Last Days” with Canyon Creek Records.

“I pray that everyone will request to hear the new song and apply the message to their walk,” responded John. “We are ‘living in the last days,’ so if we're not ready for Jesus to come back – we better get ready! Christians should be extra bold and witness to as many lost people as we can.”
