Hi, we have a kodak easy share program installed on our computer and up until about two weeks ago, it worked wonderfully—but NOW, it’s not letting me send any pictures—-I have went to the trouble shooting, etc. and nothing seems to work.  Has anyone else had trouble with this?  And what did you do to correct it, short of using a sledgehammer??  !  This was a free program and we have used it for several years, we love it, but now, it’s giving us problems and don’t know why!  Can anyone be of help?  Thanks

Also, what kind of programs do any of you use to share photos via email?
Maybe we will need to change.

I think at least once a year or so you have to purchase prints or something.  I know I did last year.  Like minimum order but do check into it.

WE have used this program for probably five years and never purchased any prints, we did update it through the kodak site but did not have to. I’m no expert with computers but sometimes you can reinstall a program. You might want to ask someone about that. I assume you have the cd that came with the camera. Otherwise there should be an 1-800 number to call, good luck.
