Hey everybody! I’m new on the forums and I look forward to discussing the SG world with y’all!

As of March 3rd, Charlotte and Greg Ritchie were officially resigned from Jeff and Sheri Easter. What do y’all think about that? What was your reaction?

At first, I was a bit sad. The three of them had a great harmony and it’s sad to see it end. However, I think Charlotte is a sort of “unsung hero” in to SG world. She is an amazing vocalist, and I think being in the group limited her a bit. It’s the end of an era, which is very sad. They all made great music together. I’m looking forward to seeing great things from Charlotte in the future.

I’ll really miss seeing Charlotte with Jeff & Sheri, but everyone needs a change every now and then!  With the birth of their second child, maybe this will also give the Ritchie’s a lot more flexibility with their schedule.

I got to talk with Greg and Charlotte several times on the cruise and they are very excited about the path in front of them.  They have done a great job ith Jeff & Sheri and they will be missed but the next phase should be exciting for them as well as Jeff & Sheri.

Have I not said it would be great for Charlotte to “come out of the shadows” of other people?  I know nothing about the personal lives of this couple, but I sense they are for real in their ministry. I also understand the husband is from northeast MS.? That alone would cause me to be biased of course! HA! I pray that their ministry flourishes beyond their imaginations!!!

I look forward to “hearing” more music from Charlotte in the future.
She’s a great singer and we need to hear her SINGING more than just a “backup” singer.
Best wishes to Greg and Charlotte and their little ones.

I love Charlotte’s voice i think it’ll be a great change for her!!!!

I also think it’ll go well with Jeff & Sheri.
Their kids are starting to come into their own as vocalists.
They do harmonies with Sheri on their latest project and it’s terrific......it should be their next single

I think this is a good move for Charlotte.  She will definitely have a successful solo career! grin
