This may sound very dumb, but my wife and a family from my church just left today on a mission trip to Kenya.  My eight year daughter misses her momma, and my heart hurts very bad right now.  I miss her terribly already, and she’s gonna be gone 13 days total.  She is doing an awesome work or God, helping with a medical clinic, and creating a puppet ministry; I am very proud of her, but I just miss her.  Please pray that God would do an awesome work through my wife and Team Kenya, and pray that my daughter and I can draw closer together to God and each other as we make it through these days without our wife and mother.

Praying!  The Lord IS ABLE to suppy your every need - both physically, emotionally and spiritually.  He is faithful and true.

Chris, I will be praying for you.  I can understand what you are experiencing right now.  My daughter was gone for a total of 12 days last summer on a trip to Romaina.  God got us through and I know He will be with all of you during this time.  God Bless, Gail

Thank you all for your prayers and the words you’ve encouraged me with.  I do know that God does work in those who are called to His purpose, and that He will renew my strength, daily, if not hourly! 2 down, 12 to go!  Thanks again!

I will pray that he will comfort your and your daughter. I do understand how the two of you
miss your wife and your daughters mother.
