and the chorus starts something like this....

But the second chorus is like Jesus is speaking about giving up his life for us.

This song is called “My Child”. It was written by CharLotte & Eric Baker.  They used to sing with Char’s mother, Gayle as The Sons Family.  This song was recorded on their Morningstar (Eddie Crook Co.)
