OK, so the point was not to get the email address for some place that nobody will ever answer, rather see if any person outside of the actual group knew what was going on with the tenor position.

They have a new tenor from Ohio I think. We sang with them about a month ago in Owensboro, KY and the tenor was very good. I am sorry I have forgotten his name, seemed like a good guy though.

I went to look on website and it has not been updated with the new member or even the upcoming dates on the main page. Still showing dates for May.  Whats up???

The name of the new tenor for Palmetto State is Robert Fulton. He worked with a group in Gallipolis, OH called Forgiven 4 for several years before joining PSQ. He’s a very good tenor. Forgiven 4 has a song on the charts now at no. 76 entitled “My Searching Is Over”. Great tune!

What ever happened to Palmetto State? After Kerry fired everyone, Merged his brothers group into Palmetto state, I never hear of them anymore.Do they still have a major label recording contract anymore?

Hey Everybody   I’ve been searching threads about our group, and am not too surprised that everybody wonders who is with us right now - our website is not exactly the best at being “up to date” (which we’re working on! lol)

I’m Robert Fulton, and I’m currently the tenor for Palmetto State Quartet. I’ve had the position since January of this year.

Larry Strickland is still singing Bass, and is now the owner of the group.

Brian Beatty is still here singing in the Baritone position, and doing most of the Emcee work.

Kerry Beatty did indeed take a job in Florida, as a full time music minister, so he’s not with us anymore.

Paul Lancaster has come aboard and is our new Lead singer - we’re pretty sure he’s sticking around a long time

We’re currently on tour in Canada with The Perrys, singing the 3rd of 4 concerts with them - we’re in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. They’ve been great to tour with   Great singers, and wonderful people.
