How sad!  I’ve been trying to search news stories for word of the coming demo, but nothing ever showed up.  Guess I don’t search really well!  :(  (I refined my search and put in DEMOLITION of the Executive Inn and got a bunch of results!  )

The sadder thing is that I can’t think of a single thing I’d want!  It was all too well used!

That’s where we’ll be too!  I did notice that the price went UP UP UP!  Convenience now costs!

Yes, that is for sure,  I will have to save from now till NQC.
I’m retired,  the market has done me no favors.
But, I am favored by GOD, so he will let me have money for NQC,
and few other sings.

lol - Sally, I’m with you - not sure how much I would want to buy from there - wonder what that old shaggy carpet will bring???  I imagine its glue holds the tower together.

We are at Springhill Suites next year, right next to Exec West - so we are still very near Freedom Hall.  I wish it was time to go already again!

Well, perhaps not right now - it would be a LONG, COLD walk to Freedom Hall!!!  LOL
But then, last week I got a good SGM “fix”!!!  On NYE we heard the Chucks, Triumphant Qt and Dennis Swanberg, and then on Sat. night got to enjoy the Booth Brothers!  It was a great week!!!

WOW!  Sally, you sure had a wonderful Year End and a great new beginning for 2009!  I love where I live, but sure do wish we had more SGM come through here.  However, we will be able to see The Stamps here on the 12th and Tribute Quartet on the 19th - then EHSSQ in February, so I am eagerly awaiting that opportunity.
