Back in the mid-90’s, a Co-worker named James Cole gave me a bootleg copy of an album of a quartet called The Christian Four.  The album was entitled “Dedicated To The Lord”.  James had been a bass singer for them several years before and was on the album.  However at that time he had since lost contact with the rest of the group.  In fact that was why he made me a COPY of the album, he didn’t have anymore and didn’t know how to get more.

So Im guessing they were performing sometime in the 80’s and maybe before.  And I’m not sure, but I would assume that based on where James was from, that they traveled pretty much in the KY, VA, and maybe WV area.

Anyway, This was one of the best quartets I’ve ever heard!!  Does anyone know what ever happened to them?  Are any of them still in gospel music?  And does anyone know where I can get more of their music?
