My mother is 75 years old and has some health issues, not the least of which are a form of lupus as well as tremors which caused the doctors to test her for Parkinsons.  They said they couldn’t say for SURE that she has it but they couldn’t rule it out either.  Anyway, lately she’s been having an incredible amount of pain in her hips, lower back and legs.  To the point where there are times the only way she can get comfortable is to lie down.  She went to the doctor the other day and he took x-rays, didn’t like what he was seeing and actually called her insurance company for permission to run another test that same day.  He showed her the test results and there appears to be something putting pressure on her spine, but they can’t tell what it is.  She is going for an MRI this afternoon.  I’d appreciate prayers for her, as well as my 80 year-old father who won’t admit that he’s quite concerned as well.
