I was looking at something tonight and started wondering how many people might have one of these little things. It’s a Cathedrals bus bank. I bought it from them at one of their concerts probably in the late 80’s or early 90’s and I was thinking that I wish I had bought several of them and just hung on to them because they were selling them real cheap. I don’t think they were a real hot item but I bet they would go pretty good on ebay now. What you think?

All,

While I am here in Iraq working for the Army, I am driving an older vehicle that has a cassette deck. So, my wife sent me some of my old cassettes. One she sent is the compilation recording, “That’s Why We’re Here!” The title song features 4 different basses singing the, “That’s why”, part each time. After listening to this over and over, I think I have finally figured out who sings when.

First time - Tim Riley
Second time - Rex Nelon
Third Time - Ray Dean Reese
Fourth Time - J. D. Sumner

I am guessing that there are knowledgeable folks here who were either there or involved with the recording that could verify what my ears are telling me.

Anyone?

My Dad was an evangelist and we traveled alot at night and we would listen to the Mull Singing Convention on the old AM radio. Boy those were great times!

hello
here are some words to a song… any help would be appreciated
God bless

Two women stood before the king, they were fighting over a child. Each one claimed that he belonged to her, so the king made a judgement that would settle their dispute, once and for all the truth would be heard..........
and the chorus starts something like this....
Don’t take his life, I’ll gladly give him up.....
But the second chorus is like Jesus is speaking about giving up his life for us.

There was a post back in September 2007 looking for anyone who knew G.E. Wright who wrote “When He Reached Down His Hand For Me” For some reason I cannot respond to that post.

I would really like to get in touch with that person who’s screen name is Professor. G.E. Wright is my great grandfather.

So if Professor is still an active member, please respond to this message.

Thanks.
