I am a sister-in-law (and best buddy) of Esther Raush so feel a connection to your family even though I've never met any of you personally. So I am grieving with her -- and all of you -- in the loss of Leann. I can't imagine the grief you all must be feeling in this sudden loss of such a vibrant lady. Just know that I will be praying for your family today, tomorrow and in the weeks and months ahead. Praying that you can somehow pick up the pieces and find a way through God's grace to move ahead. Does anyone know if David, Eric and Jeff are already gone from the Kingdom Heirs? Did they leave immediately following their resignation or did they give some kind of a "notice"? Do you know when they will start their show at the Louise Mandrell Theater? I'm going to be in Pigeon Forge 10/19-25 and want to see them somewhere!

I have enjoyed hearing the Kingdom Heirs for many years and I have seen several changes in the group. The Kingdom Heirs have always been why I have purchased season tickets to Dollywood and I pray that God will supply them with talented replacements for the men who have resigned. At the same time, I wish Jeff, David and Eric the best. Eric has always been one of my favorite members of the Kingdom Heirs and I will be looking forward to seeing all of these men in the Louise Mandrell theatre. Don't look at it like God has torn apart one group but that He has divided the group to form 2 new groups and the ministry will be double strong. Keep on keeping on for the Lord

When I think of Hissong or one of their concerts, this song is the first to come to mind. "Finally Home" is a great song to release to the radio. Along with its message, The guys present a great demonstration of their ability to sing together as they harmonize on each verse. Every time I hear them sing the song, I believe it gets better and better. Its great to see the conviction in the eyes of Gary, Dennis, and Adam as they sing this song. Believing and knowing that one day, we'll be able to leave this place of sin and sorrow where a child is not even safe in her family kitchen and begin to walk along the Walls of Jasper and on the Streets of Pure Gold. What a glorious Day to know that we are Finally Home!

Gary, Dennis, Adam, We are all very proud of you and support you with our heart and our prayers. You have a great ministry and it is greatly appreciated by all of your fans and roadies. I have no doubt that "Finally Home" could hit the charts and climb on up the ladder. Good Luck and God Bless You.

GO CHOSEN FEW! I heard a clip of The Little Things off of SolidGospel.com and I fell in love w/ it. I saved up my money and bought it the 1st chance I had. They quickly became my 2nd favorite group (The Martins being 1st). They are my fav. Quartet, I just love these guys, and I'm very happy they reacieved the nominations that they did.

I attended the concert at Bama Theater in Tuscaloosa, AL hosted by Mark Jones Music and 5 For Him Promotions. It was outstanding. One of the best concerts I have attended in a long time. I can't wait till next years concert.

Thank you for reading the article. I want to say that if your thyroid levels are out of balance this will cause vocal fatigue. Have you got your levels under control with your medication? This will help when you do but you also need to sing easier and softer while you are trying to get your thyroid leveled off. If you push through the vocal fatigue you could damage your voice. If it continues you may want to consult a throat specialist to make sure there hasn't been some damage done already. Take care of your voice it's the only one you will ever have. God Bless.

First I want to say thank you for reading the article. Then I want to tell you to keep reading the article each month. There will be a lot of info in the months ahead that will really help you. Just remember that God is looking for willing hearts and He will help you to improve if you are willing to work. You may want to look into a vocal teacher in your area. If you can't find one you may want to look into one of the vocal schools that are held in the summer. Thanks again, and God Bless.

Vocal damage

I have thyroid (Hypo) problems and due to that I think my vocal cords are damaged. I get hoarse a lot and my voice sound so ragged after singing on Sunday. Am I singing too hard, not breathing correctly or what? I love singing for the Lord. I don't consider myself as a top singer, but I just love to sing God's praises. Please advise.

You know I was praying to God to show me where to get voice lessons and then I went into this website and my prayers have been answered. I thank God for your lessons that you give. God Bless!

These young women are the real thing! I have known Jerri and Donna for over 15 years, and they have consistantly lived Jesus Christ before my family and I.
Their harmony is the sweetest thing this side of heaven, and sing! Wow! Can they forever more sing!

But, their ministry on a personal level is what remains so unique about Hope's Call. For they not only talk the talk: they DO walk the walk before their Savior first and formost, and before the brethren and the world.

It is a priviledge to call them friends; yet a blessing to call them Sisters in Christ.

I think this is a great new recording also. Knowing Phil, he will continue to bring us many more great songs even though his group has disbanded. The Poet Voices were a great group during their time together. They like the Singing Americans, always had a great sound even though there were many personnel changes.

Hey guys, thanx again for letting me sing bass with you in Carney, OK, on my birthday (Nov. 24th). It meant a lot to me, especially Billy's comment afterward that he was "impressed." I still feel the Lord wants me to sing full-time with a quartet, but in the meantime I'm singing with a PT mixed quartet here in Seymour. To pay the bills, I'm News Director for a Country Music radio station in North Vernon, IN. (Go figure.) Anyway, I fire up my karaoke and sing with one of your tapes every day (the one with "Rainbow of Love" on it). I enjoyed this article on Mike-He is the BEST solo artist today-His new Cd It's My Life is totally awesome--There is one song on there that caught my three year old son's attention...The Maker of the Cross..We just got the tape Jan 16 and he's singing it already...The last part of the chorus says--When I look at my hands and glance in the mirror; I see the maker of the cross--and Chase just looks at his hands and says "I see the maker of the cross in my hands too"--Do you know how it makes me feel to hear my THREE year old say that--he's paying attention and he knows who Jesus is already!--So parents don't think a child is too young to understand--they are not and Jesus loves the little children the most..Mike has been such a blessing to my family and my son Chase adores him and says he wants to be just like MIKE--and he doesn't mean Michael Jordon either it's MIKE BOWLING all the way..Keep on praising and singing for God...we love you Mike!!!!!!!

I agree, these girls can sing. They have awsome harmony, and when the shoes come off, look out. We sang with Yeilded at the So. gospel news annual concert last year in Smyrna. Tn, and was really impressed.

I really appreciate the ministry of Dave Moody and his many friends. His efforts through his singing, producing, and Word On The Street Ministries is helping the Word of God get out to a large percentage of the population, who would ordinarily not have an opportunity to hear the Word of God. Way to go Dave Moody.

Congratulations to Three Bridges on their nomination! What awesome voices and Christian witness these three men are! "Dear Captain" is a great song with great timing for our country. God Bless you Elliott, Mitch and Steve.
