If you like Gospel music with a “country” flair, then you are going to LOVE this CD. Angela Fulkerson shows her multi-talents on this project. Not only is she a very capable songwriter, but if you close your eyes you would swear that it is Jessica King singing, and that is a huge compliment.

Starting the CD with an easy paced song, “He Keeps The Son Shining”, which happens to written by Angela, will have you tapping your toes before the number is over. The message of this song is that we can have confidence that God our lives under His control as easily as He keeps the sun shining each morning. “All Consuming Fire” is a nice ballad of consecration and dedication to the Lord. This cut has a really nice track. Featuring Angela on a solo all the way through the song, “I’m Climbing Up The Rough Side” is expressed with such feeling that it seems to be driven right through you. You will want to hear this one several times before ending the CD. Another Angela Fulkerson penned song, “Another Lifting Up” ends the CD on a lively note, and will keep this CD in your memory for quite a while even after it’s been turned off. Other very good songs that Angela has written and put on this CD include the title song “The Resurrection”, “He Blesses My Soul”, “Perfect Love”, and “All I Want To Do”.

For all you DJs that are wanting some new artists to play, give Psalm 101 a listen, I think you will like them a lot.

:thumbsup: I have Psalm 101's album "The Resurrection." It is awesome! It is such an anointed CD and I listen to it all the time. I get so blessed when listening to each song ... my favorite is "He Blesses My Soul." ... You got check it out!

This CD is very inspiring and effective in faith building as well as a good reminder of the mercy and grace of God. This group has ministered to the youth of Jacksonville's central district of the Church of God and as host of the event, I have heard much positive feed back about this CD project. Keep up the good work Psalm 101 God Bless.

Let me tell you how special this young lady is to gospel music. My mother went home to be with the Lord 12/3/03 and this young lady and her family drove over 16 hours to be with me and my family for the memorial service and she sang "The Resurrection" and "All I Want To Do", those were the two songs heard by my mom's earthly ears before she left to sing in the heavenly choir! If you want songs that will minister to you when you are hurting the most, listen to this CD! all the songs!!!!! You won't find a more anointed CD...

We have had the privilege of having this ANOINTED GROUP minister at our church and we were so blessed by their ministries and testimonies. You need to have this group at your church ASAP!!! You are missing a great blessing if you haven't already booked this group!!!!!!! :thumbsup:
