The myth that Southern Gospel is dying should be quickly dispelled by the number of young groups that we are reviewing. This group is no exception to that rule. These are four young guys and their excitement comes through in their music. This CD has some familiar songs as well as some original material, written by group members Gary Gardner and Danny Graham.

“I Volunteer” was penned by group member Gary Gardner. It’s an upbeat song in the traditional Southern Gospel style. You will find your toes tapping to this one before the song is over. “Singin’ Bout My Jesus” written by another group member, Danny Graham, is a medium tempo song with an uplifting message. This would be a good radio cut for them. I have to make mention of “I Have A Hope”, since it was written by my Pastor, Johnny Minick. Not only does this song have a great message, but you will be singing along with them before the song is done.

I believe this group will only get better with time.

I think His Guys are great and will get alot better with time also. His Guys have a spirit that surronds them when they perform. The lord has really blessed this goup with voice and I hope they continue to minister thru song. May they be blessed by God and do the will of God in their Ministries.

His Guys are a fantastic bunch! Down to earth, sincere, fun-loving, genuine, I could go on and on... Most of all they love Jesus and it shows when they sing. Danny Graham (their baritone) is an awesome songwriter by the way. Great CD fellas.
