Once in a while a group takes you by surprise, and this quartet has put out one of those recordings. It’s sort of like, “Wow, where have these guys been?”

The tracks are flawless and the harmony is simply outstanding. The title track, “The Cause Of The Cross” is a super ballad that would be a great radio cut. The track goes from big orchestration to just percussion and vocals, and then ends with the Bass singer hitting a note from the bottom of his shoes.

“From Here To Heaven” has a really nice swing sound to it. The message is strong and the track really sets this cut apart. “His Roses Live Forever” penned by producer Zane King and Charles Isbell is a beautiful song that is not just the standard “roses” Gospel song. The message of this song is fitting for today.

“My God Is Good” has a really neat message to it. This song talks about those many testimony meetings that tend to give the Devil more praise than God, and how one man’s testimony of God’s goodness can really change things around. “Praising The Lord” and “Get On Board” are both upbeat numbers that lift your spirit and will have you a little closer to the Lord’s presence before you’re done listening.

What an inspiring job they do on Mosie Lister’s classic, “Til The Storm Passes By”. You’ll know that no matter what storm you’re going through, you can make it, because Jesus is holding you until the storm has passed on by.

Obviously...SOMEONE has heard these guys. I look forward to checking them out at NQC.

Good job guys. I'm glad everything is working good for you. I've enjoyed your last CD you left for me. You have got a quality sound. Do not loose your focus of sending people to Christ through your song. I will contact you soon.

The Harbingers Quartet are one CLASSY Quartet...true four part harmony in PERFECTION!. I would personally reccomend this fine Quartet to Pastors, Music Ministers and Promoters. This Latest Project...The Cause of the Cross is nothing short of Perfection...They definitely deserve FIVE stars!. Oh, did I fail to mention also, they are MINISTRY Minded and are keeping "Southern Gospel Alive" it's a "Tradition"....Tommy D Mayo/Southern Gospel Outreach/Clarksville, Texas

This is probably the MOST underrated quartet in the business! I had the pleasure of hearing them on a showcase at the NQC and they absolutely blew me away! Keep on singing guys and get a website so us fans can keep up with what's going on with you! By the way, they also have probably the best bass singer to come along in MANY years! Incredible!
