Lovin Out Loud starts off with a traditional up beat tune called, "I’ll Meet You on the Mountain." Right off the bat you can tell this group has got it together, the blend is superb. "Living Water," a medium tempo with an interesting melody keeps your ears interested. Woody Wright reminds us how good he is at coming up with powerful hooks, with the song, "More Than Amazing." I really enjoyed this tune, and would count it among one of my favorites on the record.

The title cut, "Lovin’ Out Loud" is a rockin’ country song. There’s something wrong with you if you if this song doesn’t get you to clap your hands. Then the feel of the album shifts ever so slightly. "Holy Spirit Fall on the Place" sounds like something we would sing in church on Sunday. With its worshipful message and choral BGV’s, it’s an interesting addition to this project. I caught myself immediately singing along, and it definitely made it on my list of favorites as well. This song wasn’t out of place, but added another element to this record that I wasn’t expecting but was glad to hear.

Things pick back up with "The Coming of the Lord." This song written by Gordon Jensen has a strong message and sets the next cut, "Simple Faith" up nicely. The musical and lyrical flow of this project is great. This is how it’s supposed to be done. My favorite song on this record was. "What The Storm Does Not Know." Written by Pati Hawkins, Phil Johnson, and Joe Beck, this song inspires faith that we have the victory over whatever may rise against us. There’s not a person out there that can’t relate to this moving message. Rounding out the project is the medium tempo tune "One Day," and the exciting "Great Day in the Morning." The guys do some vocal styling on the last cut that was refreshingly different, yet some how reminiscent of something the Cathedrals might have done.

Paid in Full has come a long way in a short amount of time. I was privileged to be at a concert featuring their first project, and though I remember enjoying them, I haven’t really kept up with their progress. Listening to this project told me that I should have! "Lovin’ Out Loud" was a joy to listen to, with a refreshing sound and some great new music; I would recommend this project to any lover of SG.

Leah,
Thanks for the kind words about the PIF project. These guys are the most under-rated, under-exposed, under-hyped group in all of SG Music! Their attitudes and dedication are unmatched, and they can forevermore sing! If is a joy to work with them - and hopefully, with a few more reviews like yours, the industry will sit up and take notice!!!!

I have enjoyed these guys for a couple of years now. By teaming with Woody Wright and Song Garden Music Group, they'll soon reach Gospel Music's forefront.

They should have been at the forefront long ago! There isn't one voice that jumps out at you, they just have a great blend. That is something that we have been missing and these guys are bringin' it back! Keep up the good work. Also, it's not a bad thing to have the (Wright) man in your corner either. Get It?????? Love ya Dude!!
