It is so discouraging to see this list of winners. Yes, there are some very talented people on this list but it is obvious that many of the best were overlooked. It is as though we are sacrificing quality for mediocrity. I wonder how Roy Pauley felt when he saw it?

Is it just me or does this look like the list from last year, the year before that, and the year before that, and....? Why are the same people winning ever year? It's getting very old.

Why even have an awards night, very little change from last year except Mark Bishop as soloist instead of Ivan. I vote every year and the same people keep winning ever year. Just do away with the fans voting and let singing news select the winners.Take the last comment anyway you want to. Just my opinion.

I really like Jason Waldroup but how many more years can he be the young artist. I have been enjoying him for several years now.

I'm not sure why anyone is complaining about this list of award winners. These all seem to be high-quality artists who deserve to win these awards. If you ask me, these winners are from the very small group who are actually good musicians and singers. I'm not sure what the complainers are wanting. I'm glad to see the Inspirations winning. They are the only SG artists I have met who are both professional and down-to-earth.

To my knowledge, I think Libbi winning is awesome! It's about time. So for you to say it's the same ole' people winning year after year is not entirely true. Yes some are the same, but fans obviously like those artist. Some of my favorites are not on there, but for the most part there is a nice change to most!!

before i get a remark about the "To My Knowledge" remark, I ment to say... To my knowledge I don't think Libbi has won those awards before.

I'm behind you 100% Donnie. Some are the same, but for the most part there is a nice change. Great comment Donnie.
