(Goodlettsville, TN) – Eddie Crook artists Jay Stone and Mann Kirkland have been hospitalized with medical conditions.

Jay Stone, of the Jay Stone Singers from Hope Mills, North Carolina was scheduled for surgery on Thursday for his shoulder and Mann Kirkland, of the Kirklands from Douglas, Georgia, has been admitted to a hospital in Jacksonville, Florida with heart-related problems.

Get Well cards can be sent to Jay Stone at 3206 Byrd Circle, Hope Mills, North Carolina 28348 and to Mann Kirkland at 1409 North Madison, Douglas, Georgia 31533.
