Charlotte, NC - Lamon Records announces that it has a new label radio compilation disc being shipped to radio worldwide the first week in September. The CD collection features songs from the 40 year old label’s current artist roster including The Hayes Family, George Hamilton IV, Dave Moody, Ron Jarman, Shelia Jones, Perfect Grace, Merciful Heart, Salem Ridge Quartet, and others. In the studio… Ron Jarman is recording two new album projects for release on Lamon. Release dates and titles of each to be announced soon. The Salem Ridge Quartet are in the studio finishing up vocals on their new single release to be included on the label’s radio disc next month. 2002 Dove Award nominee Dave Moody is finishing up his new single “God Is Good All The Time” written by Dan Moen and Paul Overstreet that will be released next month.

On the distribution front, Lamon Records is now an official Christian Sound Scan label. Current distribution and marketing is being handled by Wesscott Marketing (sales reps for Billy Graham’s World Wide Pictures and Publications). Look for all of Lamon’s artists in the catalogs of Spring Arbor, New Day, and more. Internationally, contact New Music Enterprises in England.
