An open letter from Shane Dunlap Reader Comments
Shane,
I'm concerned so many people in Gospel Music seem to be somewhat unstable in groups. While I realize your tenure has been years with 'NHarmony, many more groups are even more unstable. Tony Gore recently went solo. While I think Tony is a great singer, I can't have the same affinity with him while he's singing "with tracks" instead of with Jason Runnels and the others he was singing with as a trio. I'm concerned that people are going to get the feeling that the Southern Gospel industry is about people or perhaps about the money rather than Christ being the focal point. I have no business trying to say anything about another's prayer and communication with God. I pray you're following God's will. I have begun to pull back from concerts because of the movement of people all over the place from group to group. For His Cause, Terry Roberts Wetumpka, AL P.S. I have seen 'NHarmony in concert and very much enjoyed your group before the breakup began.
