Amanda Addinall, a member of the Lee University "Voices of Lee," has been awarded the Klaudt Indian Memorial Foundation's, "Eva Mae LeFevre Scholarship." Ms. Addinall is the third member of the Voices of Lee to receive a scholarship to Lee presented by the Klaudt Indian Family's public charity.

Ms. Addinall was presented the scholarship following the funeral service for Ms. Dottie Rambo, at the Christ's Church in Nashville, Tennessee. The Voices of Lee participated in the funeral service for Dottie, and Eva Mae and her son Meurice sang in Bill Gaither's Funeral Choir.

Danny Murray, Director of the Voices of Lee, assisted in the selection process of Ms. Addinall. Meurice LeFevre, son of Eva Mae, was also present during the selection process.

Amanda grew up in a multi-cultural environment in Woodbridge, Virginia a bedgroom community 30 minutes outside Washington, D.C. Her parents, Tony and Emily Addinall pastor the All Nation's Church of God in Alexandria, VA. She is in her junior year at Lee majoring in Interdiscplinary Studies with a Teacher Licensure in grades K-6 and minoring in church music. She has been a part of the Voices of Lee since her freshman year.

The now retired Klaudt Indian Family presents scholarships to talented needy students through their 501 (c) (3) public charity. The Klaudt siblings set up the charity to honor their parents, the Rev. R.H. Klaudt and Lillian Little Soldier Klaudt in 2004. The charity is funded solely by individuals burdened for Native American ministries and a desire to see quality talented young Christian youth prepare for Christ centered ministries.

In the fourth paragraph, it is supposed to read bedroom community instead of bedgroom community. When you get my age you tend to let your mind wander to the past.

WOW! I never expected to come on this web site and see this. I remeber Amanda when she was born. She's always been a precious girl from day one. I'm so very proud of her. Way to go Amanda!! you sure have grown up!

Here's an interesting bit of history. My cousin also currently sings with Voices Of Lee. My Cousin's grandfather (my grandfather-in-law), used to pastor the church that Amanda's dad now pastors. I remeer when they first came to that church. Back then it was known as the Filmore Ave. Church Of God. I would have never thought that a quiet and mild mannered man like Tony would now be pastoring that church. LOL
