Nashville, TN- Jimmy McMillan, lead singer for the Wilburns, was in Nashville recently to sign a songwriter agreement with two Nashville based music publishers, The Potter's Clay Music Group and The Avid Group. The two publishers will work jointly with McMillan in his writing endeavors.

Jimmy states, "I've worked well with Toni Clay and John Mathis in the past and I'm looking forward to this new relationship. Singing with the Wilburns has been a great step for me in my singing ministry and I believe this will take my writing to a new level." Jimmy's writing talents have landed him a cut on the previous Wilburn's project, "We Will Stand" and two songs on the new Wilburns project currently in production.

The Potter's Clay Music Group and The Avid Group have had songs recorded by George Younce, The Hoppers, The Florida Boys, Legacy Five, Allison Durham Speer, The Wilburns, Palmetto State Quartet and numerous others as well as The Gaither Homecoming Videos.

The first time I heard The Heartland Boys do I Simply Cling, I fell in love with it. I repeated it over and over again. I did the same thing with the song on The Wilburn's CD. The Heartland
Boys also did Welcome Home which Jimmy wrote and I liked it, too. Jimmy is a very good song writer and a very good Christian man.

Is there a way for a friend to get the sound track for the song, "Calm Assurance"? If so, would you please let me know ASAP. She has been trying to find one for quite a while now. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
