MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Deon and Susan Unthank, administrators of SoGospelNews.com, are proud to announce the addition of the Galloways and Beyond the Ashes as featured performers for the 9th Annual SoGospelNews Fan Festival.

“We are very excited about adding these two groups to this year’s Festival,” mentioned Deon Unthank of SoGospelNews.com. “Both of these groups are new to our Festival, and we know they will be a huge blessing to the fans who come each year.”

The annual Fan Festival has expanded to six nights – adding a Monday night concert as well. In addition, Saturday evening of the Festival has now been reserved as a regional talent night – highlighting the best and most popular local groups that base out of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area.

“Middle Tennessee has some fantastic talent,” mentioned Deon Unthank. “We wanted to offer them a chance to be heard this year.”

The annual festival is set for July 21-July 26, 2007. The event will again be held at the River of Life Church (596 Sam Ridley Pkwy) in Smyrna, Tennessee. The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. nightly and is completely free to the public. A love offering will be taken each night.

Monday evening’s performers include Kirk Talley, The Galloways, Southern Sound, Tara Jackson, Beyond the Ashes, and The Quicks.

Crabb Revival, Palmetto State Quartet, Tribute Quartet, Mitchel Jon, and The Gardners will be performing on Tuesday evening of the Festival.

Wednesday night will feature an evening with Mike & Kelly Bowling, Aaron & Amanda Crabb, HisSong, Three Bridges, and Sharron Kay King.

The Freemans, Johnny Minick & Friends, Eighth Day, Brothers Forever, Paul & Joyce (Martin) Sanders, and Sunday Edition will all be featured performers on Thursday evening of the Festival.

The Festival will feature performances from The Imperials, Blackwood Gospel Quartet, Prophets Quartet, The Glovers, and King’s Heralds on Friday evening.

The Festival will close out on Saturday evening with performances from local talent in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. Those artists are Encounter, Allison Lynn, Cavaliers Quartet, Back Home, Darlene Chapman, and By Faith.

Artist listing is subject to change.
