Former Tony Gore and Majesty members Calvin Thornton and John Lanier reunited with Tony for one concert last December in Charleston, WV.
The acceptance and support was overwhelming, and the demand for more drove the later announcement of the Tony Gore and Majesty Encore Tour. That Tour officially kicks off June 3, 2005 at the Martin County Auditorium in Williamston, NC. The Eastern Carolina Jubilation is a 2-night event with Thursday night, June 2 being a Talent Search competition with Soloist and Group divisions. Winners receive a huge prize package that will include opening the big concert on Friday night. Joining Tony Gore and Majesty on Friday night, June 3rd will be The Gold City Quartet, The Roarks and Curtis Hyler and Jubilation. Thursday night starts at 6 PM and Friday night starts at 7 PM.
"Williamston holds special memories for us," says Tony, "I can't remember Tony Gore and Majesty going to the Martin County Auditorium with Gold City that it wasn't a sell-out crowd. This is a great event to start the Tour."
The Tony Gore and Majesty Encore Tour moves on to other selected dates. For more information on upcoming tour dates, go to http://www.tonygore.com

Looking forward to seeing and hearing Tony and Majesty at Williamston June 3rd. We really enjoyed him at Myrtle Beach last April. We love you Tony. God Bless Harold & Elizabeth
I was just curious if Tony or John Lanier have ever been married before?
This is a press release centered around a tour announcement. It is not the place for such questions. But, for the record, no I have never been married. Why are you 'curious'?
Sorry don't know why you were so defensive. Me and a friend was having a friendly dispute I thought one of you had or was married and he was saying no. Didn't mean anything by. I have been a big fan of Tony Gore and Majesty.
Doug,
My response to your initial comment/question was not intended to be defensive. Please accept my apologies if I responded in an unkind and unfair manner.
