Jerry Malone - Sacred Piano Music At It’s Best

Producer: Jerry Malone Engineered by David Bohn
Website: http://www.jerrymalonepiano.com

Recorded at His Place Studio, Kalamazoo, MI

Jerry Malone is a masterful pianist. He is the current piano player for the Helmsmen Quartet and they have found a jewel. As with all great piano players, Jerry puts his own touch to his playing and arranging. When you think of JErry's playing the word "artist" comes to mind.

Not only is the playing spectacular, but the song selection is wonderful. There is something for everyone on this CD. For the strict Southern Gospel fans you will hear such tunes as "Old Friends", "Worry Who I?", and "Old Time Souther nGospel Hymns". If you prefer a more Inspirational sound, Jerry has included "We Shall Behold Him", "Down From His Glory", and "Eternal Love". Of course he didn't leave out those who love Praise and Worship music. You can sit back and listen to such classics as "Shout To The Lord", "Great Is The Lord", and "I Will Go To The Arms Of My Father".

Jerry Malone is doing just as King David did, he is ministering to the Lord with his musical instruments.

Song List:

Shout To The Lord
Old Friends
"Great" Medly
Eternal Love
Worry Who I?
Beau Soir/We Shall Behold Him
I'll Go To The Arms Of My Father

I can honestly say that I've spent a significant amount of "morning time" enjoying Jerry's CD!! The playing is heartfelt, and the CD has a comforting feel...like coming home at night and seeing a Christmas tree from a distance.
Its a really nice work, even for those who may not be as familiar with the genre. I look forward with anticipation to hearing more of his work!! RD

Jerry is a long time friend and it is great to hear his work again after all these years. We worked together in the Chapelaires 40 years ago. He and my friend and Co/Founder, Tommy Fairchild are the two best in the field of quartet piano.

What a wonderful God given talent that is being given back to bless those of us who are privileged to hear Jerry's CD. The very heart of God rests in his music. Knowing Jerry personally, I know that his greatest joy is to lay the accolades at the feet of Jesus with a grateful heart for blessing him with the talent.
