If I Can Do It Anyone Can

If I Can Do It, Anyone Can

This book is a weight loss book, and yet much more than that. If you dont need to lose a single pound, you will receive a blessing from reading this book. While Jeff Steele used the principles in this book to lose over 100 pounds, these same principles can be used in your life to overcome any addiction or self problem that you might have.

Jeff points out in his book that the lack of self control in your life may not necessarily be limited to eating. This is a hard lesson to learn, and even more shocking when you realize that this whole self-control thing probably affects some area in YOUR life.

Jeff pokes fun at himself about his outrageous eating habits, but it makes it easier to see yourself in those same situations, and realize that you are not the only one fighting this battle. You will also see lots of before and after pictures, which are pretty amazing.

If you have been fighting the battle of the bulge, or if you are just fighting to get control of your self, then this book will be a great inspiration to you.

This is not a large book, though the printing is large enough that it is easy to read for even my 50 plus years to see.

If you need some motivation to get on with the battle, I encourage you to get this book.

You can find out how to get a copy of this book by going to The Steeles web page. www.steelesministries.com.
