Apostles Release New Project on Platinum Records

Son Sound Music Group recording artists, The Apostles of Little Rock, Arkansas, announce their latest project release on the Platinum Records label entitled, A Brand New Day. Recorded and mastered at Son Sound Studios in Bessemer City, North Carolina, the project was produced by Holly Robinson-Blanton of 3 For 1, and engineered by Scott Barnett. The recording is the first Platinum Records project to be fully mastered in Son Sound’s new state-of-the-art full-service mastering facility. The project’s first single, Tell Me the Story Again, will be released on the 2005 Spring edition of Son Sound’s 2005 Volume 1 Compilation CD due for distribution to the national radio market in April. The project also features the debut recording of a new song by legendary songwriter Mosie Lister entitled, God On the Cross. The second Platinum Records release for The Apostles, this project features a blend of traditional, inspirational and slightly progression Southern Gospel music. The Apostles are made up of Dennis Dugger (bass singer), Daran Robertson (baritone), Garry Beavers (tenor) and Rick Smith (lead singer), one of the original members of the 1972 GMA Dove Award recipients London Parris & The Apostles.
