The Gardners Promoted By Zion Music Group

Group Currently Recording First Album For Zion Label

HUNTLAND, Tenn. – Zion Music Group has announced that The Gardners are being elevated to the Zion Label.

Tracks were recorded earlier this month for the group’s sophomore Zion Music Group project. The group previously recorded under the label group’s Mercy Records.

Zion Music Group President Kevin McManus is producing the project which features an all star cast of musicians and is excited about the groups promotion to the company’s top label position.

"We love the Gardners and appreciate their ministry,” mentioned McManus. “They are the real deal! They walk the walk, talk the talk, and are a tremendous blessing to Zion Music Group. We are privileged to represent them and look forward to this great project"

Mitch Gardner of the Gardners said, “We are very excited about working on this next album. We can’t wait to start singing these songs at churches and in concerts!”

The new album will be released later this year. More information on that will be released at a later date.

The Gardners’ current single, “You’re Alright In My Book,” has been receiving a great reception from Southern Gospel radio. The song has seen a strong support from fans as well, as the song is currently ranked at #95 on the recent edition of the GospelMusicTimes.com Top 100 Fan Chart.

The Gardners were recently named winners at the United States Association of Gospel Entertainers and Musicians (USAGEM) Awards ceremony. The Gardners were awarded the Southern Gospel Crown Jewel Award – which is given to the Southern Gospel group of the year. The Gardners also won this award last year.

Fans are encouraged to listen for The Gardners’ current radio release, “You’re Alright In My Book” at Southern Gospel radio now.

About the Gardners
Based out of Huntland, Tennessee, the Gardners are a Southern Gospel music ministry that has spanned more than 40 years of musical excellence. Whether performing in small churches or major Gospel music events, the Gardners are a busy group, frequently performing and proclaiming their musical Gospel outside the traditional boundaries of the four walls of a church. Today the group is made up of twin brothers Michael and Mitch Gardner and Mitch’s wife, Regina. Together, they form a dynamic trio that features tight harmonies and well-written songs that are penned by the siblings.
