What an amazing Crabbfest we had last week. I promise anyone that attended would say the same thing. Of course we kicked it off with our Meet and Greet on Wednesday at 2pm. That is for our VIP tickets to come and have a lunch with the family and a little acoustic set as well. It was hot, but yet great! We couldn't have had a better start than we did. Wednesday night was filled with some of the greatest artists in Southern Gospel Music. As every night was....
Thursday morning worship we had a powerful message preached by my husband Aaron about the Blood! There truly is "power in the blood!" I believe there were 3 people saved that service and only God knows what else took place. Thursday afternoon we had a fun little showcase with the Freemans and Mike Bowling. They took us back a few years with that great Hinson sound. Then of course Thursday night was another great night of gospel music.
Friday morning "early" us Crabb girls held a prayer breakfast, where we were all able to share our spiritual journey over the past year, and where we desire to be next year. The breakfast ended with a powerful communion service. If you missed it you need to make sure you are there next year. The 11am worship was also ministered by the Crabb Girls. We all chose a woman out of the bible who we could most relate to in life and share how. It turned to be one of the most amazing altar services I have ever seen. All to the glory of God... Only He can do such a work. The showcase Friday was the famous Crabb Karaoke! That is always so fun because it gives our fans the chance to sing their favorite song with the Crabb Family. It is great to watch! Friday night was a memorable night of music.
Saturday morning the Crabb guys decided to do a service. Adam, and Jon shared a heartfelt word from the Lord. They both talked on Job and not giving up. Then Jason came and preached a message that is so needed. Titled "At the altar, but too late". Amazing! Just when I thought that the altar service couldn't get any better then the day before, it did! The service went so long that we had to move the showcase to 2:30 instead of 2pm. God really shows up when we allow him to. The Crabb family had a surprise showcase this year! I am so glad it is over because I was about to bust knowing what it was, and not being able to tell. It
was the Martins!! They did an incredible job, as always.. Saturday night ended with a shout and an altar call. Several people came up for prayer. God is so good. Thank you to all of our groups that came and ministered to us this week. I also want to thank all of our volunteers! We couldn't do this without you and all your hard work. And of course, you that purchase those tickets and support our ministry, WE LOVE YOU !!! Remember it isn't about the Crabb family or you! It is about Him and His Amazing Grace!!
I guess if I had to use one word to describe Crabbfest it would be........ AMAZING!!!! God Bless you all!
