I'm the worlds worst when it comes to taking surveys and self-help quizzes; it's too easy to fudge on the answers. For example, I recently looked at a diet that required answering a long list of multiple-choice questions. I had Cece take the test with me…to keep me honest.
Here's a sample question;
Which of the following foods is a staple in your diet.
A.Salads B.Hamburgers C.Pasta D.Fruit
I would like to answer A.Salads or D.Fruit, but the truthful answer is C.Pasta. I guess it's human nature to try and make myself look good, even though I know as well as you do that the value comes in responding truthfully, or else the test is worthless, and there is nothing gained.
I thought it would be interesting to develop a short quiz that would help to determine one's Southern Gospel Music fitness…according to me.
Be sure to answer each question truthfully, and then check your score on the bottom.
